THE FLAT:

A spacious, clean, bright and quiet 1 bedroom flat in London Bridge.

The flat is approximately 75m2. Quiet and not on a main road.

The Double bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam mattress bed, including topper, for a perfect nights sleep.

COMPOSITION: Lounge (where I sleep with my Pup), spacious kitchen, sizeable Bathroom with powerful hot shower. Double Bedroom and two hallways, creating privacy.

AMENITIES: Central Heating, Bath, Built in shower, WiFi, Washing machine, Fridge/Freezer, Iron/Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Bed Linen & Towels.

Your stay will involve sharing the flat with myself and my Cockapoo Puppy, who is super friendly & quiet! I am a very easy going, open minded, single gay man with a good knowledge of Londons culture, entertainment, dining, architecture and the gay scene and am happy to offer any advice or help while you're here.

I am a British, friendly & down to earth guy, with a good knowledge of London's history, culture, dining, architecture and have a decent idea whats happening on the gay scene. I own ******** and take Queer History of London walking tours, so feel free to ask about those! I'm a fun, open minded guy, originally from London but well travelled, having lived in Australia, Germany, the Canaries, Cyprus and Spain. I like to socialize and enjoy eating out, cooking in, trips to comedy nights and the theatre and taking bike rides around the city, taking photographs and discovering the cafes and markets that make London the diverse and great city that it is. I live with my Cockapoo Molly, in my decent sized 1 bedroom flat, which is just 5 minutes away from Tower Bridge and the Thames - ideal for walks along the river towards Tate Modern and the culturally thriving Southbank.

I loved staying at Marcus' place during Pride. I felt extremely safe and welcomed, and we had some great conversations about where to go. Everything was as advertised, and communication went smoothly. I also enjoyed our chats in the evening, and I miss Molly already! The location was perfect, too - close to Bridge and Tower, within walking distance of Borough Market. My personal highlight was the view from the bedroom window - iconic London landmarks as soon as you rise! I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience. Marcus (and Molly) is a great host. Very helpful, easy and wonderful to talk to, and very engaging. He truly wants his guest to have a good experience. The breakfast is a great way to start the day. The apartment offers a large bedroom with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great shower. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

This is a great centrally located comfortable apartment in London. The bed was simply so comfortable. Marcus is an engaging and friendly host, but the living individual who engages even more with utter sweetness, curiosity, and love is the little Molly. Best behaviour from a dog! The availability of breakfast is really appreciated and shows the generosity of the host. Well recommended

6 Days - January 2025. Another return visit to Marcus and Molly dog. Lots done in London and great to get back to this cosy apartment in the evening. As before, comfortable warm bed with quality bedding; plenty towels available; loads of hot water for showering and washing; great fast WiFi. Easy transport into town. And plenty great chats and laughs with Marcus. Thanks again. See you next time.

The flat is an older one, and cozy, in a great area, with incredibly easy access to the bus system, underground, local pubs and restaurants, and the best parts of London. I cannot say enough good about Marcus. Not merely a host, Marcus CARES about his guests' experiences, providing useful tips and helpful instruction. I cannot recommend him enough. (Add on that his dog Molly is just adorable)
