Perfect location for quiet stays near bus route to middle of Brighton in 20 minutes or less...great friendly host, immaculate place/private bathroom and comfy bed. Highly recommended.

John was a fantastic host. Replied almost immediately to my first request. It was a very late request as I had forgotten to make a booking in advance. Very welcoming, beautiful flat, in the Marina district. I hope we meet again some time in the future. Thank you John.

Amazing apartment and lovely host. Thank you for let us stay at yours. We were able to walk to the gay beach and have access to the local shopping centre. We had a fab breakfast on the terrace overlooking the marina. Ab fab!

I had a wonderful stay at John's place. Location is a bit off the centre, but getting there with local buses works perfectly. It's located in a beautiful area of Marina surrounded by water. The apartment is spotless and very well decorated. Moreover, John is a very friendly host. We had a great evening watching TV and sharing some drinks. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended place.

Nice apartment, fresh clean room, no tv in bedroom, a lot of walking from bus stop, top floor no lift, lots of stairs to climb with luggage

Hi Jack, I guess being 65, the stairs etc could be an issue, however you knew all this when you booked the room. Perhaps next time go for a central location and ground floor. All the best!
