Cozy Studio with Gym & Pool – South East London

I had a wonderful stay in London, and this apartment was perfect. It was absolutely spotless. The location is very convenient, located just next to a train station that gets you into the center of London in less than an hour. Lucas is a fantastic host! Even though we didn't get to meet in person on the day I arrived, communication was seamless and very easy. We managed to have dinner together the night before I left, which was wonderful. Lucas is truly kind, very easy to communicate with, and incredibly helpful. He really contributed to making my trip great, and I highly recommend staying here!

Lucas is good company, his apartment is warm, in a quiet location, is well connected with transport links and is an excellent place for a 5k run taking in the Cutty Sark and Greenwich foot tunnel!

I had a super stay in the flat from Lucas. The flat is very warmly decorated and good located in Greenwich. I also liked the swimming pool, which is part of the house. Lucas is a very friendly, smart host. He helped great by giving information, advice and was there for the guest – thank you. I can recommend his place for other guests.

I had a very comfortable stay at Luca's apartment. The location is excellent — extremely close to public transportation, with easy access to buses and the metro, which made getting around London very convenient. The apartment itself has a lovely warmth and a really positive, welcoming energy. It felt calm, cozy, and full of good vibes. I particularly loved Luca's book selection — I ended up reading two of the books during my stay, which was a real pleasure. Although Luca wasn't present, I had the apartment entirely to myself, which made the stay even more comfortable. He was always responsive and available whenever I had a question, which I really appreciated. An additional bonus is the access to a gym and a pool, which is a great perk. Luca seems like a kind and thoughtful host, and I would have genuinely enjoyed meeting him in person. I would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

I felt so at home with Lucas and I'm so happy to know him! From the moment that he accepted my last-minute request, to the one where we hugged goodbye, he was a warm, giving host - or more like an old friend. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast together, went for some exercise (a nice long pool for the apartment!), and shared something of our lives over some wine. His place is well situated, gorgeous, immaculate and filled with books to feed the soul and happy, loved plants. A lovely experience - thanks so much for having me, Lucas!

My stay at Lucas's house was fantastic. He couldn't be there to greet me because he had to leave for the entire duration of my stay, but he recorded a couple of videos explaining everything, and I ended up having a wonderful time. The complex has a swimming pool and gym, so you can end the day cooling off or keeping up with your gym routine.
