A stylish one-bed flat in Newham, East London. The flat itself is near enough brand new (opened June 2022) and offers all the mod cons. I'm offering use of the comfy double sofa bed in the living area for short term use whilst i'm working from home. Feel free to message me regarding dates, however i'm ideally looking who just need a bed for the night and are awake before I start work the next morning.
The flat is located within the residential 'Royal Wharf' development in Silvertown. Local amenities a supermarket, health centre, pharmacy and pub, alongside numerous off-licences, restaurants and green spaces. The development is right next to the river and offers access to the stunning Thames Barrier Park. The London Excel Centre, the London Cable Car and London City Airport are also all within walking distance.
Pontoon Dock DLR station is around a 7-minute walk from the property, offering direct services to central London and Stratford. Custom house Elizabeth line station is around a 20-minute walk from the flat, offering direct services to central London and Heathrow Airport.
The areas of Canary Wharf and Stratford and it’s shops, bars and restaurants can be accessed in less than 15 mins via the DLR. The historic area of Greenwich too can easily be accessed via the DLR or cable car.
