My home is a one bedroom flat in central London, and guests can choose either the main bedroom or, at a lower price, the sofa bed in the living room. If you choose the sofa bed, I will set up a privacy screen so the space feels more like your own, giving you comfort and a sense of separation during your stay.
We will share the living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Zones one and two or for travellers who need an affordable place for a short stay, and I only accept bookings up to four days. The flat has fast and reliable wifi for work, along with a television, a PS5, a ********do Switch, and Apple TV. The television is set up for streaming with Netflix, Prime, and Chromecast. If you need to work during your stay, there is a small desk with two monitors available, as I am mostly in the office now. Elephant and Castle has become the new gay neighbourhood, close to central London and very well connected, with transport links that make it easy to move around the city. A cleaner comes every Friday from ******** to ********, so the space stays tidy and comfortable.

I ask that anyone staying in my home treats the space with the same care and respect they would expect in their own. This includes keeping shared areas tidy, being mindful of noise in the evenings afte 23:00 as per my building rules, and handling furniture and appliances gently.
Hades, my Bengal cat, is part of the household, so guests should be comfortable around cats and treat him with respect.
I ask that there will be no guests over to the flat as this is a shared space.
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat and in the building.
Parties are not permitted. The building is quiet and residential, with 4 families living on my floor, so consideration for neighbours is important, especially at night.
I also expect guests to communicate with me if anything breaks or if they need help with something during their stay.
Check in and check out times can be negotiated and should be respected so the flat can stay organised and clean for everyone.
