This listing is for a comfortable sofa bed in the studio upstairs where I sleep, so you will be sharing the room with me. This is only available for booking if my other rooms are booked out - please see my other listings.
The flat is located in Stratford, about 10 minutes walk from Maryland station (Elizabeth line), and 15 minutes to Stratford station (many lines). You can get into Soho in about 30 minutes.
I’m open to share my bed and having fun, but please don’t assume your booking is for anything more than the accommodation.

A great stay in Joe's lovely flat. He kindly upgraded me to his very well equipped single room - which has a largeTV with Netflix, hair-dryer, phone/tablet charging point, portable heater (not needed during my stay) and even an iron & ironing board! Nice bathroom with large shower. The kitchen/lounge area has a coffee machine, a selection of breakfast cereals, bread for toast and many hot drink options. Communication with Joe beforehand was excellent and we managed to share some time for a friendly chat. Nice to stay in a genuinely clothing optional place. Happy to recommend Joe's place to all, without hesitation. Thanks for your hospitality Joe! :)

What a wonderful stay at Jay's place! The accommodation was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, offering all the facilities we could possibly need. It was incredibly generous of Jay to upgrade our room due to availability, which was a lovely surprise. A perfect 10 out of 10 for us!

The flat is lovely .. really well laid out with lots of space . Joe was a nice host and was kind enough to give me the single room rather than the sofa bed as there was nobody else staying those days.. everything you need was there including a fan which was a must given it was heatwave london !!! Good location- well connected to public transportation and great value for money!
