A simple breakfast of cereals, toast and spreads, and tea/coffee can be provided during the stay.
The flat is located in Stratford, about 10 minutes walk from Maryland station (Elizabeth line), and 15 minutes to Stratford station (many lines). You can get into Soho in about 30 minutes.

I recently spent a few days at Joe's place while visiting London. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. He was an excellent host. The accommodation contained everything you need for a comfortable stay and more so. It is close to public transport which makes getting around very convenient. Walking was just as good with many shops, restaurants and attractions close by. I had a great stay.

Good location, 20-minute walk to Stratford station and close to local bus stops. Joe was very friendly and communicative, and the room itself was clean with a comfortable bed.

Lovely modern apartment with a very quiet and spacious room with the most comfortable bed. Shower works perfectly and the added coffee and breakfast items are a plus. Joe is very helpful and friendly. 10/10

Only met Joe at check in! The flat is in a great location, and very quiet. The room itself, as a single, is small, but perfectly appointed. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great stay in Joe's lovely flat which has been perfectly set up for guests. The flat is modern, bright clean and with everything you need. Guest rooms have their own secure locks and include thoughtful touches like phone chargers and heaters. Shared bathroom was clean with great water pressure etc. Joe was incredibly patient with my last minute booking and then a delayed arrival at 11.30pmafter being stuck in the crush leaving a concert. Incredible value for money.

Joe was a wonderful and friendly host. The flat and room were as advertised and very clean and cozy. Felt like a home away from home. Location is also great, with buses and two tube stations within walking distance. You can get there even with the night tube. Would highly recommend!

Everything about my stay at Joe's home was ideal, from the warm welcome by Joe upon checking in and the comfortable room for my 2 night stay (which I had to cut short due to personal reasons), the bathroom was great and the little touches like leaving drinking water and a snack in the room, and hot drinks to choose from in the shared living area. Joe is certainly a great host and I highly recommend him as a host. Thank you Joe 😊
