George was a great host with good conversation. The property is in a nice quiet location and was as described. The room was of a good size with a comfortable bed and a bathroom opposite which is shared with a lodger. I would stay at this location again.

A great place to stay and George was an excellent and very welcoming host. George went out of his way to provide an excellent guest experience and I can definitely recommend a stay here.

George was a most gracious host, attentive despite my arrival during his working hours. The accommodation is very well situated for local historic houses and the amenities of Warwickshire. A quiet cul-de-sac offering comfortable surroundings. George graciously invited me to a gallery launch that evening and served a culinary delight in a homemade stew. Congenial conversation over some wine completed the evening. My stay ended after a good breakfast with George providing plenty of choice.

A lovely home and George is a very attentive host. We had a lot in common and had a great conversation over a home cooked meal and several glasses of wine. The room is excellent with plenty of storage and a comfy bed, The bathroom was clean with a good shower. It was a real pleasure to stay and thank you for your warm hospitality George! Would absolutely recommend!
