Pleasant room with great views in Central Brighton. The Gay Village and beach are at your feet: the pier, Pavilion and city centre, just 5 minutes walk.
My flat is a pleasant, warm, ex-government flat in a grim-looking but functional block and very central especially where Gay Scene is concerned. Your bed is comfortable, your room is clean (I clean the bathrooms every day before you get up unless you are a very early riser) and the shower is hot and plentiful. The sitting room is as you find it though because I work there. The use of kitchen too is as you find. I use it myself all through the day. I don't mind you using it so long as you're happy take as you find. It is not dedicated to your exclusive use.

Cruisers, naturists, and all other varieties of gay are welcome though I keep the integrity of the booking within its boundaries. it makes for a better stay for you.
