Modern apartment very close to Tower Bridge, minutes from 2 tubes

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and in an unbeatable location, with easy access to everything we wanted to see in London. What really made the experience special was Philip. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived, always making sure we had everything we needed. He made us feel at home throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Philip gave me a very warm welcome and knows how to make his guests feel at ease. He pays close attention to ensuring that everything runs smoothly, offers helpful advice and is a good listener. He is also very pleasant to talk to. The apartment is spacious, bright and ideally located, not to mention spotlessly clean. I highly recommend staying at Philip's.

Phil was an incredibly kind and lovely host to stay with. Beautiful home. Made me feel comfortable and welcome. Well equipped room, comfy bed, lovely private bathroom and shared kitchen and living room space. Bedroom opens up to a lovely balcony too. Can't say enough nice things about Phil and his lovely Home - Thank you Phil, and hope I get to stay at yours again soon :)

Plz, don't weigh your choice thinking of that you might encounter any better B&B than here in London. This house is located just right nearby Tower Bridge. That means you see that monument every time you go out and make it easy to accessible any tourist spots in Southwark. Either way you use public transportation in Tower Hill or London Bridge, you can get easily any other places. About B&B, Philip organizes the house very tidy and clean. The room is very private and sleeping gears are comfortable and clean enough. Kitchen is always neat. Philip is a super chill guy and he carves out time to listen guests's any ask and communicate well. If I had allowed time, I'd rather talk with Philip than visiting any tourist spots 😂. He is a man of sense of humor and sincerity to guest. Don't waste your time and just book here to enjoy the essence of London

Philip's place was awesome! The apartment is clean, modern, and located in a great area to access the city. Philip was an outstanding host and gave us a lot of recommendations for different experiences across the board. My husband and I have zero complaints and will definitely try to book here if, and when, we visit London again

Philip is a magnificent host. Communicative, pleasant, interesting. He made our stay easier with his practical information and good conversations. His accommodation is impeccable and very well located. Total freedom of movement in the house. We were able to use the living room/dining room and also the kitchen. He provided us with good coffee and put his house at our disposal. Without a doubt a place to return to without thinking twice. Very well connected with bus stops nearby and metro. Close to London Bridge Station. It has been a very pleasant experience. Although we spoke hardly any English, we managed it with determination, ******** translate and good humor. Thank you Philip.

Sublime! The place was modern yet met professionalism. Really enjoyed my stay, Philip is a true gem. Great communicator and welcoming from check-in. The place is spotless clean, tasteful decor and a hint of nature surrounding. (Can see he put a lot of thought into detail) I'm surely going to recommend Philip's place and the location is amazing :)

A lovely home in a good location. Not far from train/tube lines and plenty of food options. Also near to a tesco. Phillip was great with communication before we arrived and had everything ready for us when we arrived. I really enjoyed our conversations and he makes a great cup of coffee. Separate bathroom was nice, and even though it's a busy-ish area generally, the flat is in a quieter residential area. Would book again if I'm back in London.
