You'll have a double bedroom and sole use of a large stylish Mediterranean bathroom in my 2nd floor apartment. Feel free to use the open plan living/dining and kitchen area during your stay. You're welcome to prepare and eat your meals here too. Tea, coffee, toast and breakfast cereals will be available and there's usually a supermarket pizza in the freezer. Let me know in advance if I can get anything else in for you.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The bathroom is solely for your use and has a shower, a bath, a basin, toilet and bluetooth speaker. Run a bath, pour a glass of wine, choose your playlist and relax!
There is a roof terrace accessed via the office space above the living room. You're welcome to use it either to smoke, sunbathe or get some fresh air.
There is a dedicated secure parking space that you can use. Be aware, there is no lift to the 2nd floor (every day is leg day here).
I'm located close to a busy high street with 3 supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and an amazing bakery all in walking distance.
The town centre is a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is a 30 minute walk or £7 taxi ride away. You can walk to the University and hospital in 15 minutes too.

David is a lovely host, and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and tidy, and exactly as described. Thank you, and I'd defo stay again if I was ever back in Northampton.

Second stay here with David, as just as per my previous review, the flat is still immaculately clean and tidy. David goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable in his home and goes the extra mile to ensure he is a first class host.

David is a lovely host and his factory loft conversion is gorgeous. I stopped over for a night due to an event I was attending at the uni and I had the perfect night's sleep. Appreciated David's efforts with the breakfast and he was kind and engaging at all times. The location is also super convenient. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic place to stay and with a host who makes you feel very welcome in his wonderful home. The apartment really is something else and David goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is up to 5 star standard. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay and explore the area.
