Bedroom and kitchen/dining area are separated. High ceilings.
Central location. Easy to get anywhere in London. Very well connected with all the main train stations.
Angel Tube station is 5min walk - access to Northern Line. Barbican Tube station is 7min walk - Circle Line, Metropolitan Line and Hammersmith and City lines.

My boyfriend and I love to travel, and discover new places and cultures is one of the things we enjoy the most. We can happily say that we touched ground on every continent!
Family and friends are very important to us and we try to spend quality time with them. We love learning new things from people and experiences. Sailing is one of those activities that challenges us and helps us to meet new people.
About my professional life, I'm a pharmacist and work for the NHS (National Health Service). I like to feel I can be helpful. Communication and good planing is something very important for my job. I try to apply these skills in my everyday life. My boyfriend works in media and enjoys the direct contact with clients and agencies.
As Spanish and Argentinian living in London we do not only enjoy the latin cuisine but all the flavours from the others cuisines this city offers.
A good wine, an Argentinean steak, a cheese cake, nature and good company are our five ingredients to keep happy.
Less is more and quality is what matters, that is what we try to pursuit everyday.

Angel is very vibrant, great night life and restaurants. You'll definitely need to go to Exmouth market, which is minutes walk from the flat, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My favourite one for a Sunday roast is The Whittington.
Clerkenwell area is well known for its interior design shops, in case you are into it.
One minute walk from the flat there are 2 cool cafes for breakfast: 'Jimmy and the Bee' and 'Goswell Road Coffee'.
There are loads restaurants in Angel Upper st, you'll see :-) try Gallipoli a Lebanese/Turkish place.
From Angel you can walk the canal either eastward to London fields/Broadway market & East London or northward to Camden Town. My favourite bit of Camden is the area by the canal with bars and food stalls.

Please leave the UK socket adaptor and USB charger on the desk. Wet and dirty shoes are not allowed in the bedroom. Pets are not allowed. No smoking Noise and Music only in reasonable times.

A small but well organized flat near Angel. The communication with Miguel was perfect, we haven't met in person, but he replies to all messages very quickly. The apartment is not big, but well organized, and there is everything you need, plus some extras (coffee, tea, sugar, pasta, etc). The location is great, not far from the center, and with a bus stop at the door. And although the flat is at street level, it is extremely quiet, the street's noises can't be heard at all.

Carpets are dirty, entry way filthy. Black mold in the bathroom. Kitchen sink hand came off when touched. Photos are obviously very old as the apt looks very tired and not well kept now. Found long black and long blonde hairs on the sheets (I'm bald and hubby has butch cut hair.) Communication ahead of time was really good and check in/out very easy.

The apartment was perfect for my stay in London: clean, comfortable and restful (very quiet for such a central location). A pleasant place to rest after a busy day. Clean, fresh, with everything needed. The bed was nice and comfortable. Good blackout curtains, essential in summer.

This was the second time I stayed at Miguel's fantastic flat. Once again I had an easy, friendly check in with his housekeeper, the apartment is super clean and organized and the owner is an excellent communicator. The area is very dense with restaurants and I tried a few more on this visit and had a great experience overall. Thanks again!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Miguel's flat! Miguel is a very friendly and prompt communicator and he was consistent with that throughout my booking process and stay there. Check in was seamless and the place is exactly as described. It felt even bigger than it looks in pictures. I don't know London well and the location was ideal for access to many great restaurants, pubs and shopping. I will be returning to again next year and would happily rent the flat again. Great communication from the get go. A fab pad where you can pretend you're a Londoner for a couple of days. Great tips for local living all on a laminate. Kinda well planned handover! Host available on text if needed but you have everything you need right there from towels to tea bags and shower gel to champagne. Well maybe not champagne! Loved it. Easy to get to Barbican and the various tubes but I found the buses more fun. Small but contemporary. I will go back again.
