You rent the bedroom. I'm often out or travelling, but if I'm home I'll take the living room couch.
We share the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and washer/drier. High speed fiber Internet connection.
You'll feel right at home and I'll usually be there to make you comfortable but often I travel.
