Stylish stay with your own bathroom & warm welcome

Ian and Niall are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Their knowledge of the city and helpful navigation tips guaranteed we got everything we could out of our trip. Their home is beautiful and stylish and the guest accommodations are first rate. They somehow made us feel pampered yet "at home" at the same time. We couldn't recommend them more highly and hope to return for another stay sooner rather than later.

Ian and Niall were fantastic hosts. Their house is immaculate, the room was super cosy, and very well positioned for me to travel into surrey. Had great chats with them during my stay making me feel at home. Would definitely stay again!

Ian and Niall are brilliant hosts—laid-back, friendly, and quick with advice or help. Their swanky house is in a peaceful spot near the train station, ideal for London runs or UK trips. Wimbledon-goers will love it too—super close. Had a brilliant time—definitely coming back!

The warmth behind Ian’s welcome as he opened the front door was unmistakable and from thereon in, this listing proved it’s credentials in the most homely of ways ; energising and relaxing in equal measure ! A straightforward drive in from the M25 had at it’s end, off-road parking that was both safe & free ; having the option to train it to Worcester Park station had been a useful consideration too. Set alongside a tree-lined avenue and in a smart residential area, expectation was high as I rolled up ; nothing disappointed. The house is large and the investment in it - structural as well as aesthetic - is impressive. On a balmy Summer’s evening, having the bifold doors open to the elements was great and the sense of space & comfort was appreciated ; the sitting area and open-style kitchen extending onto the patio and beyond, to the large garden works so very well ! Ian had invited a mate over and before long, the barby was being fired up. The environment was chilled and the conversation, alongside the wine, flowed so easily between us all, as Ian took charge of creating a delicious meal. Niall - Ian’s partner - arrived late into the evening after a work’s event and he blended effortlessly into our conversation and the relaxed vibe. Afterwards, my bedroom had everything I needed to ******** a quality sleep ( quietness included ! ) and having my own bathroom was a bonus. Ian & Niall are consummate hosts but standout is the ease with which they do it. There’s no standing on ceremony, their friendship is authentic and they have a generous mindset. Altogether, this accomodation is terrific value and comes with the strongest of recommendations.

Ian and his partner were very welcoming with interesting conversation into the evening. The bedroom was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Very quiet too. The location is about twenty minutes or so by train and then a fifteen minute walk from the platform. Would happily stay again.
