Single room in Hoxton apartment

Great stay with Carlos in his flat. Lovely bright airy room and comfortable bed. Carlos was very friendly and chatty and great communication before checkin. Highly recommended.

Carlos is a very nice and helpful host, the room was good with a very practical work-space! The neighborhood is quiet, animated with nice markets on weekends and very well served with public transportation.

Carlos was very nice. He came to the station to meet me at my arrival, and was very helpful to support me by giving me important information about the city (places to see, bus and metro, how to get here and there). The apartment is well located, clean, and the room is a pleasant place to stay. I definitely recommend. Next time, I'll be back there.

Carlos and Panche are so very welcoming and attentive. Carlos went out of his way to look for me on the street when I took a bit longer to get there. The room is clean/comfortable and there were always clean towels available. Bus and subway access are 5-10 min walk away. The area is quiet—but restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, gym, grocery shops are also very close by. Abundance of weekend markets in the area. I felt more like a friend rather than a guest when I left and will certainly be back.

I've forgotten how many times I've stayed here now - but that says a lot. This time my partner joined me too and we both had a wonderful time. He said it's like 'living in the trees' with the greenery outside. Carlos and Panche were as warm and friendly as ever, and proactive in making sure we had things we needed (luggage storage, space in the fridge etc). It just feels safe, welcoming, quiet and now - wonderfully familiar.

I had a wonderful stay at Carlos' place, it honestly felt like staying with friends. Communication was smooth and easy, he was always quick to respond, super helpful and flexible with my time of arrival. The bedroom was just perfect, clean, cozy, and private. The apartment is located just an 8-minute walk from the subway. I loved the vibe of the area, full of life with lots of parks, markets, restaurants, and great spots to go out. If I come back to London, I'd definitely stay again!

Carlos has a well-equipped, peaceful space which was perfect for my brief work-trip. I would just as readily book it for leisure. I'll be booking here again - thanks Carlos.
