We stayed with Julian and Ricky for two nights. We had tickets for the ABBA Voyage and the venue is close to the B&B. We walked to the venue and came back by bus. Perfect. The B&B a very nice place in a nice neighbourhood and charmant hosts.

Julian and his partner were fantastic hosts during our recent stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how welcoming and friendly they were. Their home is located in a really nice, quiet neighborhood, and their home was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The two cats they have are so relaxed and chilled. Julian also provided us with very detailed instructions on how to find their place, which made getting there a breeze. On top of that, they gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and breakfast spots, which were all fantastic. We really enjoyed our time there and would absolutely recommend Julian as a superhost to anyone looking for a warm, homey, and convenient place to stay. Thanks for the lovely experience.

My stay with Julian and Ricky was superb. They are kind, communicative and welcoming. The location was ideal for getting around easily and situated near a beautiful park and shops at the corner. Their house is very clean, safe, equipped with everything I could think of and very cozy. Amazing experience and I'd gladly stay with them again.

The stay at Julian and Ricky's place was awesome, everything was super easy and they were really friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in a quiet but still well communicated area.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Julian was at hand to answer all of our questions and was polite and friendly. Very good location near to the beautiful Victoria Park and within easy access of central London via the tube.

Julian and Ricky were lovely hosts. Communication regarding access to home were easy to follow. Ricky even helped me sort out my phone with prepaid cards from store. Visited during unexpected heat wave, and Ricky even bought us a little fan. Thanks, it helped. They do have two lovely cats. Beautiful location by park, easy to get around on subway/tube. Lots of stairs though, but many flats in London have stairs, so that is to be expected. Enjoyed our stay. Wish we had more time to hang out though
