Modern apartment in Hayes. One stop on the train from Heathrow central station and within 2 mins walking distance to the train station (Hayes and Harlington) with excellent transport link to central London via London Paddington. Very good bus links to Heathrow airport as well. Tesco express is right under the building as well for any food shopping.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. There is a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room where the guest would sleep. Picture of the sofa bed is displayed in one of the photos uploaded.

Staying at Adil's place was just fantastic. Superbly clean and he is such a gem of a person. Communications before and during the stay was superb. Thanks for the tea, coffee and the lovely chat. This will surely be my go-to pad when I go past London. Thanks Adil for everything.

What a pleasure to meet Adil! Friendly from the moment we arrived, nice conversations, respectful and made us feel like home. Truly a great experience The apartment was spotless. Very close to Heathrow airport but also easy to catch a train to central London. Definitely recommended!

Adil is very hospitable host and made my stay very comfortable. It was a pleasure meeting him. Very nice apartment, easy to reach from Heathrow. Definitely recommend.

I stayed only one night at Adil's place and it was great. The location is perfect if you need to reach easily the airport. The apartment is very modern, comfortable and clean, with all facilities. Adil wasn't there but his friend Jay welcomed me very well and was very helpful. I highly recommend !

Second time to stay with Adil - this time with my partner. All perfect as before, but this time Adil even helped us bring up our now considerable amount of luggage (we were leaving the next day for home). Perfect location for dropping off the hire car and getting to the terminal in the morning. Coffee and croissants helped us on our way.

Adil was a very friendly host making my brief overnight stay extremely comfortable. There's a Tesco Express downstairs for late night purchases. Station is 2 minutes walk away. Perfect for all the Heathrow Terminals.

This is a must stay location😄 Adil really made me feel so welcome, very attentive throughout my stay. Great location as right next door to Hayes station with parking at the station or across the road; and only 20 mins to London Paddington. Adil's apartment was beautiful and exactly as shown in the picture and described. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed with a great nights sleep. Adil is a fantastic host, making me feel so welcome in his home. If you need someone to crash and not too far into central London or even a night before a flight to Heathrow this is a must stay. Thank you Adil for making me so welcome and hope to stay with you again. 😄 ********

Adil was a kind, considerate, and friendly host. He went out of his way to make sure that my brief stay in London went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay and can easily recommend this to my friends. The room was comfortable, and it was very easy to hop on the Heathrow Connect back to the airport.
