Budget room share in Brighton city centre flat - breakfast included

I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Brighton. The host Raymon, was incredibly friendly, kind and patient throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, with buses and a variety of restaurants and food shops nearby. My room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. Bath towels and face towels were provided, which was a nice touch. The price was fair and reasonable for what I received. Communication with the host was easy—there were no problems at all—and he was patient and gave me useful local information. Continental breakfast was included with milk, coffee or tea. The photos and details he posted online were accurate and matched reality. Cat lovers will be especially happy: he has two adorable kittens who are very cute and affectionate. If you are planning a trip to Brighton, this is definitely a place worth recommending for accommodation.

Super convenient flat in very central Brighton. The place is very welcoming, the cats are the real stars of the show they are very fun and friendly though so is Raymon. My first time trying Walnut Bread- highly recommend. Staying here made my trip better.

Raymon was the absolute perfect host, so welcoming and genuinely wanting to make guests feel at home from the outset. My room was clean, tidy and fresh smelling and I was given an orientation first, followed by the offer of refreshments and checks were made on my comfort regularly. I would not hesitate recommending this accommodation and cannot think of a nicer host to share the experience with.

I stayed at Raymon's place in Brighton at very short notice, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Raymon was warm, friendly, and incredibly communicative and responsive throughout.
