Located in the quiet and charming cobbled street next to St Ann's Church in Limehouse, I am letting a beautifully decorated large private bedroom (240 sq ft) equiped with a coffee machine, kettle and a mini fridge, a private bathroom on a it's own (ground) floor giving you all the privacy that you need. There is also a small office on your floor that you can use for work if you need to.
About the property: A magnificent 2.5 bedroom Town house set over 3 Floors in a Boutique development close to Limehouse Marina and charming Narrow street.
Walk in through the front door into the hallway, and you'll find the home office in front of you. The hall then leads onto the private Guest room at the end of the hallway, a large south facing bedroom withan adjacent private bathroom.
Climb to the first floor to discover the open plan kitchen and reception. A beautiful South facing lounging area with access to first spacious terrace through full width sliding doors. The kitchen is set along the north wall and has all of the modern appliances that you may need.

1. No smoking within the house but you can smoke in the living room balcony or outside the house
2. No parties within the house. You can play music in your room but be respectful of the neighbours next door. No loud music after 11 pm on weekdays.
3. No pets allowed unfortunately
4. Overall be respectful and friendly
5. Please remove any rubbish once you leave.
6. No guests allowed that are not on the booking
7. Please take your shoes off when you come and keep them in your room.
8. I work from home during the week from my lounge so please be respectful of that.
