Guest room in modern apartment with separate bathroom

Keon was a great host and a great guy. His home is warm, beautiful, quiet and comfortable... I slept like a baby! Close to Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations for easy central London access 👍

This guest room is the perfect place after a BUSY day to visit London to get some rest. It's a quiet area 5 minutes from the bus stop 24/7 and 15 minutes from tube. A very comfortable room in a brand new building. I will come back!

Koen is a very nice guy that made us feel like home. We could even leave our luggage a bit longer on our final day to some last minute sightseeing. The bedroom was big and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. I would definitely recommend staying at his place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Koen's. His apartment is modern, spacious and bright. The bedroom is very comfortable and the best part: a bathroom reserved for guests. I also really appreciated being able to chat with Koen over a coffee, despite his busy schedule. As for location, the placement is not central, but very easily and quickly accessible by bus and Overground, and very quiet and only 5 minutes walk from the Thames. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Koen's condo. It was clean, organized, modern, and had a lovely view. We also liked the separate bathroom which was a treat. The bus stop was nearby too. Koen was a terrific, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly host, and we certainly recommend Koen's place!

We really liked our time at Koen's place. Koen is a very kind and caring person and always helps where he can. His apartment is very clean and the neighbourhood is very quiet. From the apartment you don't hear any traffic which makes it an extra comfy place to stay. Highly recommend to stay here.

Koen is a wonderful host - kind, thoughtful and considerate. Though he was not at home when we arrived, he left detailed instructions on how to access his home. The apartment itself is lovely; very comfortable, spacious, quiet and well equipped. The guest room has a very comfortable bed as well as its own bathroom. Access to the Thames is easy, buses are plentiful and it's an easy walk to the London Overground at Surrey Quays and the Underground at Canada Water. From either station, it's an easy journey into central London. Overall, Koen's apartment is lovely and we highly recommend it

Cozy, modern, clean place with a nice view. Strong wifi for remote work incl. video calls. Koen is a caring, reliable host and communication was always good and fast. Lidl is a few minutes walking distance away to get groceries. There are at least 2 bus lines close-by that run 24 hrs. I felt safe in the area and would book again.
