The Reveal

Welcome to my place! I offer a large room in a renovated flat, with contemporary décor. The room is airy and spacious, with plenty of natural light and very comfortable.

Located in a residential road, the flat is just 8 min walk from Queens Road Peckham station, on the Overground and mainline trains. There are several buses going to Town and Victoria. Peckham itself is a vibrant and fashionable area with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants minutes away!

The space The room is a huge sunny room (14 sqm), west facing (it gets the afternoon sunlight) with a comfy queen size bed bed, large wardrobe with integrated shelves and desk area.

The room has its own 32'' LCD TV, sound system and Wireless Internet access is available.

The bedroom floor is carpeted (for better comfort) but the floors in the rest of the flat are solid oak and ceramic tiles for the kitchen and bathroom.

Guest access You will have full access to your room and the bathroom.

A light breakfast (coffee/tea, oats and fruit) is offered in the kitchen. But there is no share of the kitchen for meals or cooking. You can have access to the kitchen for hot and cold drinks, fruit and small snacks, but not for meals. The tea and coffe making facilities (along microwave, fridge and kitchenware) are available for that purpose.

No eating in the bedroom, please.

In order to keep the flat clean, everyone is requested to take the shoes off when entering the flat.

Please be aware there are no locks inside the flat and that this listing is not suitable for children.

During your stay I live in the flat, so I will be ensuring everything is in a pristine condition during your stay. I speak English, Italian, Spanish and a bit of French, so there are not problems with the language. Gay friendly.

Other things to note The flat is located on the 2nd floor (and top floor) without elevator. No pets and no smoking in the flat, please.

This listing is not suitable for children and people with reduced mobility.

Cesar is a very great and helpful host, I loved staying at his place. The room is spacious and very clean. It was during a heat wave and Cesar got really helpful providing a fan and control of the room temperature. Buses to city centre are direct and easy to get at any time of day and night. I highly recommend!

A good sized room in a modern second floor apartment block. Location is about a 20 minute bus ride from central London and the nearest bus stop a brisk five minute walk. Bus connections are excellent with several taking you directly to the West End. Cesar was professional and courteous. Breakfast options were limited. I would recommend this accommodation for single travellers looking to stay in an authentic suburb with real Londoners.

Cesar is a perfect host. His flat is spotless. Well situated: within walking distance of Peckham Overground Station and other London buses 🚌. Good value for money, at least for London. Highly recommended
