If you invite visitors to the flat, please supervise them while they are in the property. Even well-intentioned guests can sometimes create security risks. I had a wonderful stay with Batho! He was incredibly responsive over text and always happy to help with every request. His apartment was spotless, cozy, and full of charm. The bedroom was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get great sleep. Most of all, Batho is genuinely so kind and sweet. I highly recommend staying here!

Batho is incredibly considerate and hospitable. His place is extremely clean and the comfort easily matches that of a good hotel room. The location is also well connected to public transit, the bus stop is basically at the doorstep. Very good value for the money, as well.

Batho was a great host, very friendly and made me feel right at home. The flat is immaculate, very comfy bed, quiet and comfortable apartment in a handy location. The Park is right on the doorstep if you like to run. Definitely recommend

Had a wonderful time staying at Batho's place, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space in London. From the start, Batho was very communicative and helpful, as well as proactive in explaining how to get there and house features. The place matched the pictures and the description, and Batho gave me plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to visit. I would stay here again!
