Cosy house, Hamden Park area of Eastbourne.

Tucked away, in a cul-de-sac area of Hamden Park, which is an area of Eastbourne. Near the Hampden Park station, which has direct links to Brighton and London.

Note: I do have a little puppy, his name is Winston (he’s tiny, and very friendly).

There are some lovely walks around, including some large parks, and you can’t go wrong with the south Downs cliffs, and the seven sisters.

Perfect for a relaxing break, there is a driveway and free parking around the area, as well as full use of a garden space (I’m happy to take gardening tips, as I’m very new to having my own garden).

It’s a two bedroom house, I’m more than happy for my guest(s) to use my king-size bed/ the room. This can be discussed upon booking.

There is one bathroom located upstairs full, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary, utensils and cutlery.

There’s a round dining table with 4 chair, great for evening dinners/catch up or if you wish to work from home (please discuss this with me, as I do work from home sometimes).
