Nearest station is Sydenham (5 min walk away) with overground trains, as well as direct trains to London Bridge. You can get to Soho from our front door in 40 minutes.

We have a selection of trendy cafes and restaurants just around the corner (161 Wine bar a 3 min walk away is a favourite!). Or alternatively the fancy restaurants of East Dulwich and buzzing bars and clubs of Peckham are just a short bus ride away.
If you are a gym bunny, there is a 24/7 PureGym a 5 minute walk away or The Gym
a 10 minute walk away. We are also spoiled with access to some of London's most beautiful parks: Sydenham Wells, Mayow and Crystal Palace Park are within a 10/15 min walk. Ideal for runners! Horniman Gardens and Museum offers a breathtaking view over central London.
We are very happy to give more recommendations on all the best things to do around us and further afield as well.
