Nearest station is Sydenham (5 min walk away) with overground trains, as well as direct trains to London Bridge. You can get to Soho from our front door in 40 minutes.

We have a selection of trendy cafes and restaurants just around the corner (161 Wine bar a 3 min walk away is a favourite!). Or alternatively the fancy restaurants of East Dulwich and buzzing bars and clubs of Peckham are just a short bus ride away.

If you are a gym bunny, there is a 24/7 PureGym a 5 minute walk away or The Gym a 10 minute walk away. We are also spoiled with access to some of London's most beautiful parks: Sydenham Wells, Mayow and Crystal Palace Park are within a 10/15 min walk. Ideal for runners! Horniman Gardens and Museum offers a breathtaking view over central London.

******** & Villes place is very comfortable and very spacious. They both are super nice and friendly, and communication was great at all time. There's a Metro station just 8min away which you will need to use to get to central London.

Ville and ******** are first class hosts, friendly and considerate. The room was clean and spacious and the house is in a pleasant suburb with good transport links. Altogether a lovely experience. A perfect stay.

I had a really nice stay here. The room is large, the bed is super-comfortable and ********, Ville and of course Clara were very welcoming. Would 100% recommend and hope to stay again
