Private, bright double bedroom in a beautiful house in Leyton, with big lush garden (facing South, so it gets a lot of sun). Located on a quiet street, 10' walk from Leyton station (central line) and near a lot of amenities, cafes and restaurants. I live with my partner Pete and our dog Robin who is very friendly.

The shared spaces include dining area, living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (we have ensuite in our bedroom, so bathroom downstairs mainly used by guest) and separate office at the end of the garden (please request if you would like to use).

We enjoy having guests and meeting new people, happy to share tips about local area/London/gay venues and events.

Zach and Pete were such great hosts! It felt like staying with old friends. Their place is beautiful and I slept so well in the comfortable bed. Seeing Robin (the dog) play in the garden in the morning while having a coffee was the perfect start to the weekend. I'll be back!

It was fantastic. The house is very well located in a trendy neighbourhood with useful shops, easily accessible by public transport, and plenty of green spaces. It's also very well furnished; it has everything you need and a huge garden. The hosts were lovely from the beginning to the end of my stay, very warm and helpful. We had interesting conversations and shared a lot, including some delicious meals. Moreover, they recommended many local spots that I truly enjoyed exploring. Special mention goes to their dog, who is adorable yet discreet. I was worried about being the first person to book with them, but the experience was perfect! See you soon guys :)
