Cosy London (CHECK-IN from 7pm on!) flexible only when possible

Staying at Rey's place is like visiting a friend immediately as you check in. Even before that. His communication is very welcoming and he is an attentive host with a lot of travel sugesstions and can give you directions to basically anywhere in London. His place is smaller, but it has everything you need and more. The cleanest place I've stayed through any b&b site. Next time I come to London Rey's place will be my no.1 choice of stay. Really can't recommend him enough. Thanks again Rey!

Rey was a great host! Place was clean and not very far from major public transport stations... Everything was clean and well communicated.. I had a great time interacting with Rey and he is a genuinely nice person who will help you out with any questions you may have...

Rey is the consummate host and one of the best human beings you can meet. His cozy flat was perfect for a quick 2 night biz trip. My train was delayed and he waited up, greeting me at 2 am with a warm friendly smile and informative introduction to his flat / neighbourhood. He has hosted so long and traveled so extensively he knows how to put a person at ease and is filled with stories. My only regret is I didn't have more time to spend chatting with him as he's just so charming and interesting!

What a lovely host! Rey's hosting skills go beyond what you can ever expect. He makes you feel at home from the first minute, from picking you up at the bus stop to genuinely caring about your visit to London. The place is super well located (it's worth walking around Battersea park and the Battersea power station area). It is super cosy (great lighting at night), clean and tidy. I would love to stay here in the future, and I will recommend it to my friends.

It was a pleasure to stay at Rey's place, he made sure I had a comfortable stay & I had really good sleeps during my two nights stay there. It was also great to get to talk to Rey about various things which I find really insightful, would definitely like to stay again in the future :)

What an amazing weekend. Rey was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Communication was easy. The flat was cozy, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rey is intelligent, cultured and we had great chats while there. I totally recommend when visiting London.

If there were a study on the fine art of being a host, it ought to include Rey. His vast experience at welcoming the world appears in every detail of the stay. He's an ambassador. It was such a stressless pleasure staying there, right down to the location, so close to Battersea Park, and with such a London feeling to it.

I had a great time staying at Rey's. The apartment is really tidy and clean and Rey was so helpful. He met me outside to show me to the flat even after my train was cancelled and I arrived really late.

Rey was an excellent host, he provided good communication before my stay and met me to show me the way to his apartment. A lovely, perfectly clean apartment and was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Wouldn't hesitate to book again, thank you again.
