Juan's Place. St George's Square 3

Stayed 4 nights with Juan and his family. Juan is a very friendly and helpful host. Lives in a flat on the 5th floor. The location on the map is not correct => typ in adres on ******** maps to see correct location. Flat is 3 min walk from metro station. Real easy to reach with public transportation! Big plus! Got a free upgrade for a bigger room (thx juan!) - original room is not big enough for 3 persons (should not be for rent as a 3 person room) - Juan has to clean the rooms and make the beds when we`ve already arrived. Juan provides free water, coffee, bread, jam, converter! Bathroom and kitchen are to share and kept tidy! No thermal mixer tap in the shower, so water is always too hot or too cold. Bed is ok. We could leave our luggage until the evening of the last day, thx! Very easy communication with Juan on ********. Is always there for advice or questions! No big luxury, but good location and good value for money!

I would definitely not recommend staying at Juan's place. Yes it is well located and nice... But first the address that was on the reservation is not the one where the apartment really is : when we arrived, I sent Juan a message and he told us we had to go to another street. Still in the same neighborhood but it does not inspire trust and the building was considerably less nice than in the first address. Then, we found out that Juan did not live there. I know this is not indicated in the description but that is what we were expecting for a "shared apartment"... Then we finally found out that we were actually sharing the apartment.... With a family : the two parents and their four year old daughter. We were 7 in there having to share one bathroom. That is NOT the gay experience I was hoping for from mister b&b.

Awesome place, very clean, easy to find, Juan is an excellent host, close to tube(subway) station which makes it wonderful to connect to main attractions area easily. I will highly recommended. Thanks Juan I'll definitely stay at Juan's place again!

After 2 amazing MrBnB experiences in Nice this one was a bit of a disappointment. Apartment is in great location, it is not very clean though, not very welcoming, does not have atmosphere. Needs some refurbishment. It is definitely very expensive for what you get.

Juan's place was perfect for our stay in London. The price was great, location perfect, and he was an excellent host. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Juan!

Juan's place is great. They are in great neighborhood, walk-able to all the main attractions. He keeps the place super clean and has a wonderful disposition the help you out in anything you need. He is super attentive and willing to provide local neighborhood recommendations for groceries or restaurants. I got to know him on a personal level and had many conversations in both English and Spanish (a few words in Catalan here and there). Already planning my visit back to London and Juan's. Juan was a very attentive host. The place was clean, quiet, and very close to public transportation.

Juan was a great host and extremely helpful. He helped me with my luggage to his flat. His place is in a great location, 3 minutes walk to the tube. The flat was very clean and quiet. I felt very much at home. I definitely recommend and definitely will go back to stay again.

Juan was an excellent host for an excellent stay! My boyfriend and I came an hour before check-in, and Juan quickly cleaned the room to let us get settled. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He gave us some good recommendations for sightseeing in London, including the gay areas. I only wish we packed lighter suitcases, as the room is on the fifth floor with no elevator. We got quite a workout! But Juan helped us carry them up

Juan is a wonderful host. He is Handsome, charming friendly and funny. He is very easy going and try help us with what would make our stay comfortable. We had late flight on the check out date and since there are "no" coming attendant he is flexible with check out time which is kind and nice. The location is so convenient, 3 mins away from pimlico station and within 6~10 pound to uber to Soho or main attraction. Never have to worry go home late without an affordable commute. Our stay here is absolute amazing would definitely book and stay with him again.
