Enjoy a private bedroom and shared bathroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, a comfy single bed and a window offering natural light. The bathroom is modern with a bath and shower. The open kitchen and living space are great for getting to know my guests. The house is 15 minutes' walk from East Croydon station. It is great for visiting Central London (15 minute train ride to London Bridge and Victoria stations with trains from Victoria available through the night) and also ideally suited for Gatwick Airport (20 minutes train journey). While Croydon doesn't have its own gay scene as such, there are some cool bars and restaurants in this up-and-coming neighbourhood. I'm happy to share all my London knowledge with my guests

A great experience from first contact to departure. Ian is a gracious host and couldn't have been more accommodating. The space is comfortable, welcoming and ideal for London commuters, a true home away from home, and set in a leafy, peaceful neighbourhood a short hop from East Croydon station. Would gladly stay again and highly recommend to others.

Ian is a fantastic host. Wonderful updated row house a short walk from the metro and tram. Easy fast trip to town and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Had a great time sharing drinks and dinner there and Ian kindly invited me to his Christmas Party. Absolutely would stay again.

The place is fabulous. The perfect place to stay when you want to be a little out of London and enjoy some outdoors. Very easy access to Gatwick Airport and quick train ride to London as well. Ian is very friendly and an excellent host. I highly recommend staying here.

Ian's place is a must, great location very friendly host, if you want a good clean honest place, that is also peaceful and quiet away from the hustle of the city then I highly recommend Ian's place and great value for money, I know I will be returning. On a score of 1 to 10 I would give the place 10+ Many thanks again for allowing me to stay.

I spent two wonderful nights at Ian's house, which is without doubt 5 star plus. The house is immaculately clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and a major bonus is having ones own bathroom. On arrival Ian opened a bottle of wine and we relaxed in his amazing living room. The location is 15 min walk to the train station. Ian is a consummate host, warm, inviting and one of the most genuine sincere individuals I have ever had the delightful pleasure to meet. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. Having stayed at a number of Mr BB places, this is without any doubt the ultimate, welcoming, comfortable & Ian a gentleman of the highest order.
