Private room in Towcester, closeby the main road and racecourse

Excellent communication from the point of booking. I needed a brief overnight stay on my travels and Paul provided exceptional accommodation. Very clean and comfortable with the added attraction of an amenable, well informed host. The place is a short walk from the centre of Towcester and its amenities.

Really enjoyed my stay. My host was very friendly and welcoming. Very nice furnishings. Good WiFi. Nice shower. Great value Would recommend staying. Easier to access with a car but there is a bus service. Host made the effort to make me feel at home.

Had a lovely stay at Paul's. Communication was good, check-in was flexible, and was offered a tea on arrival. Bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. Had good chat over a few drinks and would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication and flexibility regarding my arrival time, ensuring that I was welcome (with a very welcome cup of tea). This is within a couple of minutes' walk of the town centre yet is in a quiet road with pretty good on-street parking. This felt very good value and Paul's housekeeping standards are top notch as is his warm and welcoming hospitality. A good central spot for several Parkruns if that's your thing. An easy recommend.

Paul was the absolutely perfect host. Communication in advance of my stay was excellent and I received the very warmest of welcomes. He was most attentive during my stay and could not have done more to make me feel at home. The whole house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and my room was spacious and comfortable - the bed and the bedding were supremely comfortable and I got an excellent night's sleep. It was brilliant value for money and I can't recommend Paul and his lovely home highly enough to future guests.

Communication with Paul prior to arrival was excellent and his house was easy to find. It is a nice place, very clean and tidy, a comfortable bedroom and a hot shower. Paul was an excellent friendly host and I enjoyed chatting and having a drink with him. I would happily stay there again in the future. Highly recommended host and place.
