What a stunning residence! A very warm welcome, and really made to feel at home. Fantastic hosts, excellent breakfast - quality furnishings with no detail left to chance.
John and Michael are wonderful hosts, The Rectory is simply stunning set in a wonderful location, our room was beautiful and every little detail had been considered to make our stay comfortable. John had baked fresh cake and we were offered this along with tea when we arrived, Breakfast was divine and they catered for my partners dietary requirements. We were made to feel so welcome, they were hosts when we arrived but friends by the time we left. We will be going back.
Wow! What a stunning property in a lovely area. Attention to detail is what this place is all about. Both John and Michael were fabulous hosts. They welcomed me with a lovely cup of tea, they also were helpful in giving me advice on the local area. The room was lovely and exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. This place does not disappoint. Would absolutely stay again!
A short break in a wonderful location! A large house and garden beautifully maintained; lots of attention to detail. John and Michael are considerate and excellent hosts. Very generous with their time and good knowledge of local things to do and see. This is a country retreat so a car is essential to get to and from this location.
Stunning location, beautiful and immaculate house, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and the hosts John and Michael are the most considerate and kind and respectful you can ever meet Definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again
What a fantastic spot. Feels like its in the country but close enough to the town Bury St Edmonds. Great place to get away from London for a weekend. John and Michael were super accommodating. Awesome breakfast. Will be back again for sure.
Excellent hosts in a beautiful home. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Everything about The Rectory was perfect. From the warm and friendly welcome and on-going service offered by both Michael and John to the spotlessly clean room and house to the absolute attention to detail in everything they do. A lovely, peaceful location too. Our highest recommendations!
