"A perfect stay from start to finish. Gavin and Nilesh were fantastic hosts, friendly, warm and ensuring we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. The Barn is stunning, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything needed. The bed is extremely comfortable and both the log burning stove and hot tub, along with the setting make this a dream location for a relaxing weekend. Watching the alpacas whilst chilling in the hot tub is a great experience. We loved it so much that we are booked to return later in the year."

"At this price mark this was a useful base of operations whilst visiting Soho. Just a few minutes walk to Old Compton or to Oxford Street. The accommodation is basic, as you'd expect and has a comfy bed and decent shower. There is a simple kitchenette, if needed, with a coffee machine. Nice towels were provided, although no toiletries, we brought our own and this didn't matter. The wifi didn't connect to the internet but we just used our own service so wasn't really an issue. Cheap and cheerful!"

"Ed was a dream host - quick to respond and clear instructions. The apartment is exactly as the photos depict - beautifully styled and everything you need. The views and the sunsets are fantastic. The location is close to Margate Old Town / Central and all the bars and restaurants. It's also perfectly located to explore all the quirky and tasty delights of Cliftonville. We also walked to Broadstairs directly from the apartment along the coast which took an hour and bit and caught the train back. We'll be back"

"Firstly, the host was very kind to let us check in earlier than the posted time. We were exhausted from the long flight. We were greeted with a nice welcome marquis and bottle of Prosecco! The heater was not operating, perhaps turned off to save money. Paul was out of country and had his property manager (Alan) respond. Alan immediately responded and got the heater working. He also provided us with great recommendations for local gay bars. The unit was very much like home. The only negative about this location was on two occasions neighbors were a bit loud. General advice to other travelers is not to use Uber when transiting the area. The local taxis ("Jump" app) were much more efficient. Or even better, learn the local train system (as easy as learning Mandarin :) We would highly recommend this B&B. Thank you Paul, Ishtan, and Alan for the many happy memories we had here."
