Sundaylicious

Sundaylicious is one of Melbourne's longest-running and best-loved queer events—an iconic LGBTQIA+ Sunday session that's been bringing bright, bustling, energetic parties to the city's rainbow community for well over a decade. LGBTIQ-owned and operated as a registered charity, with a warm, lesbian-and-wlw-forward but genuinely all-welcome crowd, it's built its reputation on being a safe, supportive space to catch up with mates, meet fabulous new people, and dance the day (and night) away. Rather than a fixed venue, it spices up a rotating line-up of Melbourne's best rooms, from 170 Russell to the ornate Northcote Theatre, with world-class DJs, dancers and full club production of smoke, lights and lasers. Now expanded to Friday and Saturday gigs and to Sydney and Brisbane, it remains a flagship of the Melbourne queer calendar, especially its huge long-weekend blowouts.
