Sauna David

David is one of the oldest gay saunas in Prague, running since 1992 and fully reconstructed in 2022, now the city's second-largest at 250 square meters in the Karlín district near Florenc. Spread over two floors, it pairs a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, showers, private cabins, a solarium, a video/DVD area and an S&M play room with a distinctive sauna-and-wine-bar concept, serving local wines, draft beer and oven-baked pizzas alongside the usual drinks. Intimate rather than large, with a warm "home" atmosphere and an individual approach to guests, it draws a mostly mature crowd and runs bear and DJ events during Prague Pride each August.
