Sauna Robles Spa

Sauna Robles is one of Quito's oldest and best-regarded gay saunas, a clean, recently renovated men's spa a few blocks north of Plaza Foch in the La Mariscal nightlife district. Alongside its dry sauna and steam room, it has a jacuzzi, a gym, a video room, and a dark room, drawing a friendly, diverse crowd who come to relax and unwind. It runs themed daily events, including discounted entry for 18- to 25-year-olds on Thursdays, which keeps the crowd mixed in age. Regulars rate it consistently clean, spacious and professionally run, one of the best of its kind in the city.
