Sun7 Sauna

Sun7 is Grenoble's only gay sauna, a roughly 400-square-meter venue in the city center, formerly known as Oxygène and recently renovated. It offers a dry sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi, showers, a bar, three video lounges, and a dimly lit labyrinth with relaxation cabins, with towels, secure lockers, gel, and condoms included. Men-only from Monday to Thursday, with a welcoming, no-fuss crowd of all ages, it opens up to mixed couples and trios on weekends and runs occasional special-event evenings. Clean and friendly, with a respectful, consent-minded house policy, it's the go-to spot in the French Alps capital.
