SIC

SIC is one of Mexico City's coolest queer club nights, a Saturday-night fixture in the Zona Rosa/Juárez area built around underground house and techno rather than the usual pop. Set in a large, multi-room space with great lighting and a smaller, more alternative room on the main floor, it draws a friendly, social, mostly local crowd in their twenties and thirties and keeps the dance floor going until dawn. Sexier and more intimate than its mainstream sibling, Estéreo (which runs at the same venue on Fridays), it's repeatedly singled out by locals as the place to actually dance and as an excellent alternative to the bigger Zona Rosa clubs when the lines get long.
