Spa Club X-Mahan-Nah is Playa del Carmen's only gay sauna, a small, low-key, men-only spot in the Ejidal neighborhood, a short drive from the Quinta Avenida tourist strip. It keeps things simple, with a steam room, jacuzzi, video room, darkroom, lockers, a bar, and well-regarded massage services. Mostly frequented by locals and friendly in feel, it's an easygoing place to relax and meet people away from the beach crowds.
