Black Body

Black Body is one of Amsterdam's best-loved gay shops, a smart, sleek two-floor store in a former post office on gay Kerkstraat, boasting one of the biggest collections of rubber clothing and toys in Europe. Much of the rubber gear is produced in-house with a serious emphasis on quality, alongside leather, neoprene, boots, waders, hoods, gas masks and toys, plus a dedicated Mister B section and international brands like Addicted, CellBlock 13, Sport Fucker and Sk8erboy. There's sportswear and swimwear too for those who like to show off outside the bedroom. Founded in 1995 by Rick Souwerbren and settled into its current home on Kerkstraat in 2012, it's an essential stop for fetish fashion, whether you're kitting out for a night at Club Church or just browsing the collections.
