Sauna Ego

Sauna Ego is Bilbao's busiest and most active gay sauna, a large, modern men-only club of nearly 1,000 square meters near Plaza Zabalburu, in the city center, and easy to reach by metro. It offers a Finnish sauna, a Turkish steam bath, bitherm showers, a jacuzzi, a solarium, a video room, and a pub-style bar, alongside an extensive cruising side: a big labyrinth, a hard zone, glory holes, slings, and a darkroom. It draws a younger-to-mid-range crowd from across the Basque Country, runs occasional bear and fetish nights, and is the livelier of the city's two saunas.
