Sauna Element is one of Bilbao's two gay saunas, a modern, well-kept, men-only space spread over some 650 square meters in the central Abando district. It offers a dry sauna, jacuzzi, showers, a café-bar, and private cabins, each with its own temperature control, in a comfortable, relaxed setting. Open daily and popular with a slightly more mature crowd, it's an easy local option in the heart of the Basque city.
