Sauna Mania

Sauna Mania is the closest gay sauna to the Silom gay bars, a five-floor men-only spot near Chong Nonsi BTS in the heart of Bangkok's LGBTQ+ district. Each level has its own vibe, with a hot dry sauna, steam room, showers, a small gym, a bar, a dark cruising maze and a rooftop terrace to chill on. Under the same management as R3 and widely rated the best in the Silom-Sathorn area since Babylon closed, it draws a mostly young, fit local and Asian crowd, with a strong Chinese-tourist following and a lively muscle-and-model scene. It runs daily theme nights, including a Sunday O-party with go-go performers, and peaks in the early evening before the clubs.
