Royale Kitchen + Cocktails is a vibrant, LGBTQ+-owned restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Phoenix's Melrose District, the city's gayborhood, and one of its most fun and colorful spots. It anchors The Royale, a local complex of seven LGBTQ+-owned businesses envisioned as an all-inclusive community gathering space, and it looks the part: pink flamingos on a bright-green patio, a swirling, multicolored mural inside, and a mid-century-modern room channeling Palm Springs through 1960s Vegas and Miami Beach. The globe-trotting metropolitan menu runs from the famous Mac & Cheese Balls, YUM Burger, and Thai shrimp curry to salmon, oxtail, and wagyu, paired with eye-catching signature cocktails and martinis.
