"It was a very frustrating experience overall. Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacked focus. The smallest requests were made into a big problem. There was a lot of shrugging of the shoulders. On the rare occasion when someone was helpful, they would be rude the next time you met them."

"Lovely quaint hotel in the heart of Le Marais, the gay area of Paris. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, metro station, and sites to visit. Very affordable for such a great location! Be aware that the shower in the bathroom is on the smaller side and the stairwell is is old so steps are uneven. That said, it is a lovely place and the location price combination make it a wonderful stay!"

"Great place in a convenient part of Paris. Staff was marvelous and helpful. Rooms were very small but very comfortable, and the mattress was wonderful! They ask you to leave your bag in an open area which was a little disconcerting, but they have to let you into the lobby and it was fine. They ask you to leave the key when you go out and give it back when you come back. I felt very safe and there is a wonderful bakery just around the corner - it's name is Le Fournil de Paris Temple, but the sign just says Boulangerie!"
