Top-floor, double room (plus private shower room) in a newly built townhouse.

Set in the quiet, secluded Bathurst Square estate, this split-level (3-floor) house comes with CCTV and is known to all as the Flederhaus. It forms part of the 'Lawrence Road' luxury development in the rapidly evolving Seven Sisters area.

The property has five bedrooms. Super-spacious with just two others (one lives in Paris, so we travel a lot).

Aside from being drama free and easy to live with, I work as a sound therapist so the house has it's own relaxing therapy room also.

All bills and bi-weekly cleaning service included in price.

Seven Sisters (Victoria line and Overground service) is around 8-mins walk from the property and Oxford Circus is a 20-minute commute (Kings Cross 15-minutes).

The property is particularly great for getting to and from Stansted Airport as the express train stops in nearby Tottenham Hale.

Rob was a great host. Very friendly and helpful about how to get around the city. Let me arrive early after spending the night on the plane. The room and ensuite bathroom are both a good size, with a large shower head, and the water was always hot. An electric kettle is in the room to make tea in the morning. Full-sized, well-equipped kitchen. The gym has everything in terms of machines and hand weights for a good workout.
