I have a one bedroom one bathroom condo in the Ledroit Park-Bloomingdale neighborhood. Just a few blocks from the U Street nightlife District including the gay bars Uproar, Shakers, Kiki, and the 9:30 club. You’ll have the couch (very comfortable from the West Elm) and share the rest of the unit with me, including all the Nespresso you could want. I only work from home on Thursdays so chances are you’ll have the place to yourself on week days. Shorter stays preferred over longer given that the space is shared. No cleaning fee and flexible cancellation.
