Phil's Century Home, a Victorian Smart Home - near the Waterfront.

I'm a professional, I own a small business called Tilting Planet Multimedia. We specialize in helping worthwhile but small and often underfunded charities and non-profits do world class promotions and fundraising. I'm a sound technician and cameraman myself and most recently a drone enthusiast and arial videographer. I own a large 5 bedroom 120 year old Victorian home a couple of blocks from the waterfront in Sarnia, ON. I have for the past 24 years, since I first bought my house, rented rooms to friends and occasionally friends of friends. I fully understand the need for my roomers to take pride in the home they are in and to treat it with respect. I also understand my responsibility to them and the need for them to feel at home and maintain a comfortable home environment for them. I've been hosting now for about 3 years with ******** and have had the remarkable opportunity to host many wonderful and interesting guests from all over the world and all walks of life. I feel richer for the experience. I enjoy hosting and hospitality and take pride in giving travellers a comfortable quality experience and plenty of privacy or if they prefer some interaction I do my best to be available to answer any questions and show off this beautiful hidden gem of a city I call home. I myself take good care of the nice hotel rooms and more recently ******** homes I find myself in monthly and have outstanding relationships with the hotels and ******** hosts that I frequent and have excellent reviews that folks have been kind enough to leave for me. I'm a real tech head, I've always been a bit of a nerd with technology. My home has all of the extra's like excellent 1.15Gb/s Fibre, a whole home Velop Wi-Fi network featuring full speed anywhere on my property and beyond. I have a wide selection of movies on our server available to guests, as well as other streaming services such as Netflix's Ultra HD subscription, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube with subscriptions to CBC's 'The National', 'Late night with Steven Colbert', 'National Geographic', 'Discovery', 'Science Chanel', and many more. I do love to travel myself and am excited about ********. My brother lives in Montreal and frequently uses ******** to rent out portions of his very unique home and has had good success. I am thankful for those who open their homes to travellers like myself and hope to offer a warm and accepting home to travellers myself. I'm a 'Super Host' with ******** and a 'Traveler's Favourite'.
