To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please take note of the following: 🕒 Check-in: From 3:00 PM (self check-in) 🕚 Check-out: By 11:00 AM — return keys to the lockbox and ensure it's secured 🚭 No smoking inside the property 🔇 No parties or loud music – quiet hours after 10 PM 🚫 No unregistered guests – only those listed in the booking may stay 🧼 Please leave the studio tidy, with all lights/switches off and windows/doors locked 🔐 For your safety, there is one exterior-facing doorbell camera – no cameras inside 🛏 Sleeping arrangements: The studio includes a zip & link bed (super king or 2 singles) and a sofa bed. If you plan to split the beds or use the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct linen. 💳 ********: A refundable ******** is required.
