Guests: Please ask me in advance if overnight stays are necessary, so I can make an informed decision.
Alcohol: Drinking in the house is allowed, provided guests behave respectfully—keeping voices down to avoid disturbing other tenants.
Clothing: Clothing is optional inside the flat. Guests may wear underwear such as boxer shorts, but complete nudity is only permitted if i am high, It's important to be considerate of others around and behave appropriately. ..
