Comfortable and quiet double room available in a charming garden flat in Canonbury, just 4 minutes from Canonbury Overground Station and 10 minutes from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line and National Rail) — perfect for easy access to central London, Shoreditch, or King’s Cross.

The room includes a double bed and wardrobe, with shared access to a clean bathroom. You’ll be staying with one respectful, laid-back gay guy. The flat opens onto a spacious shared garden — ideal for a morning coffee, reading, or relaxing outdoors.

This is a clothing-optional home — relaxed and easy-going. A great fit for solo travellers or couples looking for a peaceful, friendly base in a well-connected part of London. You’ll have your own space, and I’m happy to offer local tips, recommendations, or help getting around.

Upper Street and Essex Road are right nearby, packed with independent cafes, shops, pubs, and restaurants. Great transport links, a calm vibe, and a fantastic location make this a perfect short stay in North London.

A lovely retreat from the bustle of central London, yet conveniently connected by excellent transport links. Islington is a fantastic area to stay—vibrant, charming, and full of local gems. Thomas was a warm and thoughtful host, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. He even joined me for dinner on my first night, which was a kind and welcoming gesture. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with personal touches that make it feel like home. The room itself is very comfortable, featuring a high-quality mattress, plush pillows, and a cozy duvet. I especially appreciated the ample storage space, complete with hangers and shelving for personal belongings. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting London.
