Bayview Bliss - Relaxed, Clothing-Optional Stay w/ Parking

Welcome to my laid-back, welcoming shared studio with a beautiful bay view, ideally located just minutes from Miami Beach and central Miami's most vibrant hotspots. Whether you're here to unwind by the water, explore the city, or enjoy a stay that feels relaxed, open, and a little playful, you're in the right place.

While my studio is small, the expansive bay views, private balcony, and open layout make it feel comfortable, functional, and inviting. I like to keep the space cozy, friendly, and relaxed, so it's perfect for unwinding or enjoying light social moments.

The space includes:

🛋 Shared studio layout with an open, calm, and comfortable atmosphere.

🍽 No cooking, but heating food in the microwave is welcome, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Sharing a meal together is always welcome if the vibe feels right.

☕ Optional continental breakfast upon request - fresh bread, eggs, fruit, and coffee to start the day gently.

🚿 Refreshing showers (hot water included) to cool off after sunny Miami days.

📺 LED TV with streaming options - happy to share a Netflix movie or enjoy a relaxed evening in.

🧑‍💻 Dining table that also works nicely as a workspace if needed.

This is a clothing-optional home. I sometimes enjoy the freedom of nudity in my own space, and you're welcome to do the same only if you feel comfortable. There is absolutely no obligation. The atmosphere is always respectful, body-positive, relaxed, and non-sexual - focused on comfort, ease, and good energy.

Sleeping arrangements (important):

If one guest is booked, you'll sleep comfortably on the couch, and I'll use the bed. If we both feel completely comfortable and agree, I'm open to sharing the bed - never a requirement, always respectful, and with no expectations of sex.

If two guests are booked, the bed is yours, as it's designed for two guests, and I'll happily settle on the couch. I'll still be around and enjoy sharing the space, with or without clothes, always in a relaxed and respectful way.

This is a shared living arrangement, and I genuinely enjoy hosting open-minded couples or travelers discovering Miami who appreciate good energy, easygoing company, and mutual respect.

I love sharing local moments when it feels natural - whether that's a beach day at Haulover, enjoying the sun and freedom, or a drink or two (always in moderation) with good conversation. Everything is optional, pressure-free, and based on comfort and consent.
